The secret to making it so flavorful is that it has a crazy delicious number of seasonings. We are using honey, and sugar and soy sauce, and rice vinegar and green onions and obviously the chicken and a healthy dose of sriracha for the spicy kick. All these things slowly simmered make this soup that tastes straight out of a restaurant.

Spicy Korean Chicken Soup

Spicy Korean Chicken Soup

Super easy and delicious Spicy Korean Chicken Soup that's just about to become a staple in your home. Visit now and get the recipe + customization tips!

Spicy Korean Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. boneless chicken
  • 3 Cups water
  • Cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ Tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ Cup green onions
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • Sriracha sauce to taste

Instructions

  • In a pot pour the water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and brown sugar.
  • Stir and place over medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Add the chicken, green onions, sesame seeds and sriracha.
  • Cook with the lid on the pot for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
  • Remove chicken and shred. Return to pot.
  • Serve, and enjoy
